OR_•GO is a monumental and abstract sculpture in which two large volumes meet and cross each other. Cutting through each other in the asymmetrical shape of an X, an origo. In the tension that appears because of this intersection, a new whole emerges. Oscillating between the monumental and the ambiguous, the sculpture withholds more than it reveals. The recognizable elements of the sculpture are processed and abstracted – almost surrealistically so, leaving room for interpretation.

The sculpture is the largest commissioned project for Hestvold to date, and the first sculpture to be revealed in the Sculpture point: Ekebergparken series. It was unveiled the 5th of June 2025 by the Mayor of Oslo during Ekebergparken's season opening. The work will be exhibited in the park for one year, until the summer of 2026.
